Solar Powered Retreats was created by two best friends who met on the mat, bonded by movement, laughter, and a shared love of meaningful connection. That energy carries through everything we’re offering!
Sarah is a certified yoga instructor with 10+ years of experience in helping people reconnect to their bodies, health, and calm. Her teaching style blends strength and steadiness, along with creative and playful elements. You will always learn something new in her class!
Shifra is both a certified Pilates and yoga instructor with 5+ years of experience expertly guiding students to build strength, stability, and confidence. She is passionate about intelligent movement, mindful control, and encouraging you to be the best version of yourself! Get ready for high energy and inspiring classes!
Costa Rica is our home away from home! We have created an amazing and tight knit community with locals in Santa Teresa, and cannot wait to introduce you to some of the best surf instructors, wellness experts, and chefs in town!
